Hello, hello! 👋🏻

I’m Rhienna Renée Guedry, an interdisciplinary artist, writer, and producer from the Gulf Coast living in the Pacific Northwest*. You can find my work in Maudlin House, Southern Humanities Review, Bayou Magazine, Muzzle, and elsewhere. I have two poetry chapbooks out—Chronicle of Ignition & Destruction from Bottlecap Press (2025) and Root Rot from Cooper Dillon Books (2023)—and am working on a debut novel. When I’m not writing, planning, or making art, I’m likely out in nature slowly walking my senior dog.

To stay up to date on my projects, you can subscribe to my newsletter here.

*What we now call Portland, Oregon and Multnomah County are the ancestral lands of the Multnomah, Wasco, Kathlamet, Clackamas, Cowlitz, bands of Chinook, Tualatin Kalapuya, Molalla and many other Tribes who made their homes along the Columbia and Willamette Rivers. We are on this land because of the forced removal of its traditional peoples by colonists and settlers.
